Piano Day 2024

Piano Day, an annual worldwide event founded by a group of like-minded people, takes place on the 88th day of the year because of the number of keys on the instrument being celebrated. Established in 2015, it is now well known across the globe and aims to create a community platform for bringing together piano players from all around the world.

You are warmly invited to attend Piano Day 2024 event with Arizona’s own Piano Fusion ensemble who will be participating and celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the premiere work of George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue”.  Please join us at Arizona Musicfest Community Room on Thursday  March 28th, at 10:00 am for coffee, pastries and music as we celebrate Piano Day 2024.

Henry Welsby from Steinway & Sons will also give a short talk on the history and making of the Steinway piano
