HealthRhythms Group Drumming Sessions meet monthly on Thursdays in the Arizona Musicfest Community Room for Music Learning and Performance. Regardless of one’s level of music ability or inability, the sessions are about using the drums as a fun gateway activity to build community using recreational music making – simply put, making-music for joy, community and to let go of some stress. It’s for everyone, because anyone can drum!
Drums are provided, all you need to bring is enthusiasm!
