HealthRhythms, sponsored by AARP, is a group drumming and music-making program that connects, empowers and gets people to interact together in ways that they have not before. Regardless of one’s level of music ability or inability, the sessions are about using the drums as a fun gateway activity to build community using recreational music-making – simply put, making-music for joy, community and to let go of some stress. It’s for everyone, because anyone can drum!
