Don’t miss the launch of this exciting new series! In Part 1, Nicole will take us on a journey in time – (back to the 1890’s and early 1900’s) – to imagine how a pianist might have improvised music while a “silent” film was being played in front of a live audience. Nicole will also examine music from some of the first significant “Talkie” films (Aka..the first movies with “sound”) – by exploring classic films like Al Jolson’s “The Jazz Singer” from 1927 and “The Broadway Melody of 1928”; The first film to win an Academy Award.

Pianist, keyboardist, composer and arranger Nicole Pesce entertaining audiences with a unique blend of virtuosity, humor, and pizzazz.
