Pop Tunes with Sax

Join us for our bi-monthly music-listening book club!

We’ll start the summer off by “Keepin it Saxy,” with a playlist celebrating popular tunes that feature sax solos! When Adoph Sax patented the saxophone in 1846, I can’t imagine he would have had any idea that his hybrid brass-woodwind experiment would leave the marching world behind and find a home in the top-100 lists of the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and beyond. Our playlist covers tunes from the 50s onward – are there any that you’d want to be sure we add?
