Music of the Eagles, Part 1

In preparation for Musicfest’s upcoming “Hotel California: A Salute to the Eagles” performance, we look at the music of the band that took folk music, country music, and blended it with a rock and pop-style flair to create a brand-new sound. From their early days as a backup band for Linda Ronstadt to their eventual success as singer-songwriters, we’ll listen to the Eagles’ influences, their big hits of the 70s, as well as hopefully some of your favorites!
