Well chill out as the weather heats up by enjoying a playlist of jazz ballads. Ballads have long been a staple of Jazz repertoire, and served as signature songs of great singers and instrumentalists alike. We’ll wonder if there are any favorites on this list and, if so, would love to discuss how we feel when these songs come on. Do you think the songs work all as a playlist, or should they be interspersed between more up-tempo songs? Are there any songs you’d want to add? Any versions that you’d love to compare with those on the playlist?
