Volunteering for Arizona Musicfest has countless rewards. Not only can you play a role in delivering our programs, but you will enjoy camaraderie with others who have similar interests, establish friendships with fellow volunteers, and feel good about making a difference in the music world, whether it is in education or in performance.
Arizona Musicfest volunteers meet monthly, October through April. This time provides a social opportunity to meet other volunteers, to receive updates on events and activities, and to discuss volunteer happenings.

The Volunteer Meetings 2017-18 Schedule is the following:
Thursday, November 2, at 10 am, at the Arizona Musicfest office. This first welcome back meeting will provide time to socialize (of course), highlights of the fall and winter festival season, and each chair will share information about hospitality, housing, ushering, youth education and youth musician competitions, as well as many other volunteer opportunities. New volunteers welcome!
Wednesday, November 8, at 4:30 pm, at the Arizona Musicfest office, for NEW volunteers only! This meeting is an important step for joining the volunteer family. Ed Simpson, usher chair, and I value this opportunity to become better aquainted with you, learn more about how you are interested in volunteering, share information about the organization, and answer any questions you may have.
Thursday, January 18, at 10:00, at Highlands Church. This is the most essential meeting! In addition to the latest, important news about the winter festival season, each chair will provide updates on volunteer opportunities. Ed Simpson, usher chair, will also conduct his vital, indispensable usher training session!
