- Arizona Musicfest (azmusicfest.org) is a non-profit chartable arts organization based in North Scottsdale, AZ.
- Each season, Musicfest presents over 50 concerts featuring a range of musical genres and artists.
- Musicfest’s annual concert season runs from October through April.

- SPL Limit: For the listening enjoyment and comfort of patrons, Arizona Musicfest requests that the SPL not exceed an average 85db at the FOH position (C-weighted) and a peak of 92db.

There are 4 possible manned camera positions with 3 ENG style Panasonic HD cameras: one in the house near downstage center, one mid-house, one fixed rear house right, one on a rail rear house left.
More than 10 stationary cameras are possible on stage.
2 remotely operated stage cameras are available, one on a rail travel / pan rig, one on a pan/tilt.
There is a Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 2 M/E Broadcast Studio 4k with an ATEM 2 M/E Broadcast Panel with camera monitoring, and ability to remote paint the mid-house and rear house cameras.

On stage right, there is a single “star” dressing room (16′ x 13′) with a private restroom (no shower).
Behind the star dressing room is a larger room (20′ x 20′) ideally suited for artist hospitality/catering and pre- or post-show meet & greet. This adjacent space, with access to the outside, does not have its own bathroom.
On stage left there is a bathroom, but no dressing space.
Due to the lack of additional in-house dressing rooms, Musicfest provides a large high-end trailer for artists. The trailer is located immediately across from the stage door. Comprised of three main rooms, the trailer includes Artist Dressing Room #1 (king sofa , bathroom with shower, and dressing area), Artist Dressing Room #2 (king-size bed , bathroom with shower, and dressing area), as well as an Artists Common Area (kitchenette, dining area, and comfortable seating for eight. In total, the trailer can comfortably accommodate between 10-12 people.

- Musicfest provides a hot meal to all performers and crew on day of show, either by ordering off menus from one of several local restaurants, or buffet-style catering service upon request.
- The green room will always be stocked with water, soft drinks, a coffee and tea station, and light snacks, with comfortable seating for 10-12 people.
- Dressing rooms will be provided with garment steamer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack with hangers, hand towels, and restroom facilities. Upon request, a dedicated makeup table with mirror and lights can be provided.
- Exclusive ground transportation shall be provided for all transports to and from venue, hotel, and airport. Vehicles include 3-4 passenger SUV, 10-12 passenger Sprinter, and/or 20+ passenger bus.
