One of the most beloved and celebrated singers of our time, soprano Renée Fleming captivates audiences with her sumptuous voice, consummate artistry, and compelling stage presence. With a repertoire spanning opera and the classical tradition to jazz and Broadway, Fleming has graced the stages of the greatest opera houses, theaters, and concert halls of the world. A five-time Grammy Award winner, the “People’s Diva” has also performed the national anthem at the 2014 Super Bowl and received the National Medal of Arts from President Obama. Musicfest is honored to present this legendary singer in concert with the Festival Orchestra.
