With a songbook covering decades of America’s greatest music, two-time Grammy winner Kurt Elling has secured his place among the world’s foremost jazz vocalists. The New York Times called Elling “the standout male vocalist of our time” and The Guardian (UK) named him “Sinatra with superpowers.” Known for his instantly-recognizable rich baritone voice, Elling has won countless awards around the globe, has been nominated for a Grammy award fifteen times, and has won twelve Jazz Journalists Awards for “Male Vocalist of the Year.”
Backed by the acclaimed Musicfest Big Band, Elling’s program will include beloved jazz standards and hits of the Great American Songbook, along with the artist’s signature versions of popular classics by Rodgers and Hammerstein, Paul Simon and The Beatles.
