Winner of the 2026 Drama Desk and Outer Critics Awards, and Tony nominee, for his star turn in Broadway’s Ragtime, Joshua Henry joins the Musicfest Pops Ensemble for “Get Up, Stand Up!”.  Through a mix of Broadway and soul classics, Henry delivers a high-energy tribute to the sounds and songs that have shaped his life.  Featuring music from Nina Simone, Marvin Gay and Sam Cooke to selections from Henry’s iconic Broadway career in Hamilton, Carousel and Ragtime (“Joshua Henry is Bringing Broadway to Its Feet” – The New York Times), the concert invites every audience member to find their own joy.
