The Arizona Musicfest Endowment is managed by the Arizona Community Foundation. Your gift to Arizona Musicfest’s Endowment helps fulfill our financial needs, both today and tomorrow.  Endowment donors have the satisfaction of knowing that, through their gift, they are leaving a legacy that provides the joy of music for generations to come, and strengthens the organization financially, well into the future. Only the income from endowment gifts will be allocated annually where the organizational need is the greatest, leaving the principal intact. The Endowment provides a steady source of funding to meet our mission of presenting an annual Festival, as well as providing essential music education programs, youth performance and scholarship opportunities, as well as lifelong learning programs for our community.

The Arizona Musicfest Endowment contains assets that are held long term and invested to generate income and capital appreciation for the organization’s benefit.   Donors have the ability to donate to the general endowment fund, providing unrestricted gifts to the organization, or to a restricted fund in support of the Arizona Musicfest Scholarship Fund, which provides generous financial aid to young musicians pursuing college-level degrees in music.  Endowment gifts which have not been expressly designated to the Restricted Fund by the donor are deemed unrestricted, and are thus a part of the general endowment.

How to Make a Gift to our Endowment
You can contribute with a current gift, or with a future gift through your estate plan. To learn more about estate planning options, see Saguaro Circle.  Gifts of cash and/or appreciated stock are most common, although other types of gifts are accepted as appropriate.
